Located at Sanibel Harbour, this 2nd floor corner condo with L-shape wrap-around lania is the perfect get- away spot for relaxing at the beach and pool and enjoying all that the Florida Gulf coast has to offer.
Our condo suffered no damage from Hurricane Ian.
POOL & HOT TUB ARE OPEN for our guests enjoyment!
Guests also have access to our private beach, which was fully restored with new fresh sand, where they will find plenty of sunloungers.
This 2bedroom/2bathroom condo has been renovated with high end finishings including marble tiling, glass tiles, high end granite, 2 beautiful walk-in showers, separate luxurious bathtub...
Kitchen is fitted with bespoke cabinets and large marble counter top. Well-stocked with cooking pots, pans...glassware, plates... Even beach/water views from the kitchen.
Bosch washing machine and dryer installed in 2021.
Spacious dining area and living room with views overlooking beach/water and tropical plants.
Queen size leather sleeper sofa installed in 2021 along with 2 comfortable arm chairs. Large wall mounted tv.
Desk and desk chair positioned in corner space provides some dedicated work space when needed.
Master bedroom has a king size bed (new bed & mattress - 2021) with direct access to terrace with beach views.
En-suite bathroom is luxuriously styled with walk-in shower and separate bathtub.
Second bedroom has a queen size bed (new mattress - 2020) and also benefits from another en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower.
As a corner unit, this condo benefits from a screen-enclosed L-shape wrap-around lania terrace providing greater terrace space. Two ceiling fans on the terrace to provide a breeze when nature does not.
Located at the quietest end of the building with beach /water views and tropical trees & plants giving a deserted island feel. Prefect place to for relaxation and tranquility.
Located in the 2nd floor this condo can be access via the 2 elevators that service the building or the stairwell. Building lobby was fully refurbished in 2020.
Pool (heated) and hot tub are located along the beach approximately 30 yards from the building lobby doors. Pool, hot tub and private beach are for the exclusive use of owners and rental guests (free of charge).
Barbecue on site. Free parking.
Property is managed by an onsite property management company to ensure the perfect experience.

Summary: Lovely two weeks at Sanibel Harbor Towers! Our condo/accommodations were amazing! Enjoyed everything about it! The pool was also amazing! There were several days we had it all to ourselves. We celebrated our anniversary at Terra Nostra Ristorante. Food, service and atmosphere was delightful. Our time visiting Ft Myers was very enjoyable and we will have wonderful memories!

Summary: I like this place. Our unit was on the quiet side of the complex with a large water view and a small private beach. The pool is very nice and there are lounge chairs along the beach for guests. Our unit was clean and comfortable. A little dated and a few small issues but pretty typical for a Florida condo. Traffic was a minor annoyance due to construction buut that is almost over I think. The staff was very responsive and personable. A nice stay.

Summary: This was a nice looking unit in an older building. Sadly the weather didn't cooperate (46 degree high on one day with the winter storm). Heater worked however!!Very comfortable for 2 or likely even 4 adults. 2nd floor, so you could take the stairs or elivator. Kitchen not particularly well equiped, but otherwise very nice.

Summary: Our stay was exactly what we werre looking for, relaxing and beautiful with amenties. The location is great if that is what you are looking for in a vacation. The private beach was not crowded and the pool was big. The hot tub is not working but that was not a big deal to us. The views are stunning and the sunset was priceless, we will be back!

Summary: Condo is an end unit in a very quiet spot. Only on the 2nd floor, which we loved. The water is about 30 ft from the lanai. So relaxing to sit there and hear the gentle waves and watch for dolphins and manatees. The condo was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Unfortunately, the pool was closed because hurricane Helene had just come through and caused some problems, but it looked beautiful. I would definitely recommend.

Summary: Nice place to stay with a big pool and a beach (with shady areas) right there! It’s a comfortable condo close to Sanibel. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it! The lanai is screened with a two sided lovely view. The decor is a little dated but didn’t detract from enjoying our visit!

Summary: Love the location and the dolphins that swim by daily! Very quiet and peaceful spot. Only noise are the repairs going on after hurricane Ian. Because the condo is on the north side of the building, the floors were cold. An area rug in the living room and a couple rugs by the master bed would be really great!
